Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive UX-focused product design and coordination across multi-disciplinary teams. You will shape design specifications, reusable core components, and UI workflows for Siemens software products while aligning with engineering, product management, and documentation teams. You’ll manage feature releases end-to-end and help promote new tools and design systems. This position offers the chance to influence complex, real-world software solutions within a globally distributed UX team.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Designers, Developers, QA, Field Teams and Writers
• Demonstrate self-organization and proactive problem solving in design and development tasks
• Manage software feature release cycles from design to delivery
• Conceive, design, develop, manage and document concepts for new tools and core components
• Support PMs and designers to produce detailed specs and mockups
• Create internal and external content to promote new features
• Stay current with UI/UX trends and Siemens tools/methods
• Provide guidance to application teams on design guideline adherence
Responsabilidades
• Proven experience in CAD/CAE
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace or Civil Engineering
• Expertise with Siemens’ or Altair’s modeling and simulation tools
• Proficient with design tools such as Figma, Photoshop
• Advanced written and verbal English communication
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Motivated, energetic self-starter
