We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our team and work on IT projects.
Job Description WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE:
As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging business needs and technological solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to analyze, document, and optimize business processes, ensuring efficient and effective solutions. Your expertise in agile methodologies and experience in the banking sector or TWC products will be highly valued.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in business analysis (not a Senior profile, but a semisenior).
Experience in agile methodologies (mandatory).
Preferably experience in TWC products or the banking sector.
Languages:
Fluent English (minimum B2 level with strong oral comprehension).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in business process analysis and optimization.
Strong ability to document and map business processes.
Experience in gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing user and stakeholder requirements.
Ability to translate business needs into detailed technical specifications.
Testing and validation experience, including test case design and execution.
Knowledge of change management principles.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to facilitate working sessions and workshops.
Adaptability and commitment to continuous improvement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Process Analysis:
Document and map existing business processes.
Identify opportunities for improving efficiency and effectiveness.
Propose process optimizations and automation.
Requirements Management:
Gather, analyze, and prioritize user and stakeholder requirements.
Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications.
Manage requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordination with Stakeholders:
Collaborate closely with IT, operations, risk, and other teams.
Facilitate workshops and working sessions with key users.
Testing and Validation:
Design and execute test cases to validate requirements.
Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) with end-users.
Ensure deliverables meet business objectives.
Change Management:
Assess the impact of changes on processes, systems, and users.
Develop and implement training plans.
Monitor adoption and usage of implemented solutions.
EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:
A degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
