As part of the GTB Confirming product team, the main tasks for the Business Analyst will include :
Participation in projects for software development using Agile techniques.Supporting the product owner with decision making, serving as the link between developers and product stakeholders.Analyzing and helping to translate business needs into user stories and process diagrams.Foreseeing customer journeys and business processes, anticipating requirements and uncovering areas for improvement.Responsibilities include :
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.Updating product functional documentation and explaining new concepts to non-technical users.Developing and designing executive reports that summarize project progress and results.Supporting testing activities :
assisting the SDET in generating testing scenarios and creating testing data / files, leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defining & performing UAT, and reporting bugs and testing results.Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members.Requirements :
University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields. A technical background would be a plus.Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in consulting, with a focus on creating executive reports and presentations for senior management.Project management experience and knowledge of agile methodologies are advantageous.Experience in banking projects related to GTB solutions (payments and commercial financing products) is a plus.Knowledge of supply chain finance products (Confirming, Dynamic Discounting, etc.) is a plus.User-level knowledge of JIRA, ALM (Application Lifecycle Management), and Microsoft Teams tools.Highly fluent in English, both written and spoken.Results-oriented, capable of working independently and as part of a team.Strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to multidisciplinary teams.J-18808-Ljbffr
