We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to drive business development and client growth for a rapidly expanding marine services company operating across Europe. You’ll play a key role in helping the company achieve exponential growth, building long-term partnerships with ship owners, managers, and offshore clients.
The Ideal Candidate Will Bring
* Proven track record in sales or business development within ship repair, offshore, or marine services
* Strong network of contacts among ship owners, managers, and operators
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to develop and execute regional growth strategies
* Fluency in English (additional European languages a strong plus)
* Driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results
