We are looking for
Multimedia Designer to help shape how our brand looks and feels across every touchpoint. This role goes beyond traditional graphic design — you’ll produce promotional materials, sales collateral, internal documentation templates, and engaging videos that tell our story and drive growth. As one of our creative hires, you’ll be instrumental in building a consistent, professional, and scalable visual identity for the company.
Your role in BizAway
As our Multimedia Designer, you’ll be a key creative driver bringing our brand to life. You’ll craft visuals, videos, and design systems that inspire, engage, and elevate our presence — both internally and externally. From developing promotional campaigns to equipping the sales team with impactful collateral, your work will directly shape how the world experiences our brand. You’ll lead the creative process, innovate boldly, and help ensure a cohesive and enduring brand identity as we grow.
You’ll mainly focus on:
Promotional & Marketing Materials
1. Design social media graphics, online ads, email visuals, and blog illustrations.
2. Create print assets such as brochures, flyers, and event materials.
3. Develop visual content for campaigns, product launches, and events.
Sales Enablement
4. Design pitch decks, case studies, and one-pagers for the sales team.
5. Produce product datasheets, presentations, and proposal templates.
6. Collaborate with sales to ensure visuals communicate value clearly and persuasively.
Video & Motion Design
7. Create short videos for product demos, explainers, social media, and events.
8. Add motion graphics/animations to enhance marketing and sales content.
Internal Documentation
9. Design branded templates for reports, internal guides, and onboarding materials.
10. Ensure internal communication materials reflect the company’s identity.
11. Build reusable design systems to streamline recurring documentation needs.
Brand & Consistency
12. Maintain and evolve the company’s brand guidelines.
13. Ensure consistency across all visual and multimedia content.
14. Act as a design partner for marketing, sales, and operations teams.
Your basic qualifications
15. 5+ years of experience, ideally in B2B or SaaS.
16. Must have skills and qualifications: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Premiere Pro, After Effects
17. UI/UX knowledge
18. Strong understanding of Marketing, Brand, and Sales.
19. Excellent communication and storytelling skills
20. Organized, strategic, and creative thinker.
21. A team player who thrives in fast-moving environments.
We are also interested in
22. Having worked in start-ups and scale-ups is a big plus.
23. Experience in B2B Marketing and SaaS is a big plus.
