KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Firsthand partnership with Global Maintenance leadership to the execution of TPM roadmap leveling up the maturity of best practices through all Integral TechOps Production sites
- Participate actively to, or potentially lead the definition of harmonized standards methods and tools prioritizing simplicity and efficiency
- Definition of training materials, facilitation of training, support for capability building
- Identification and drive of continuous improvement initiatives
- Follow up of action plans and standards fulfillment seeking objectives achievement
- Key user, SME / owner of the definition, deployment and consolidation of the CMMS-EAM system (Computer Maintenance Management System – Enterprise Asset Management System)
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime, increase OEE, and extend asset life
- Introduce / facilitate the implementation of digital tools (e.G. Performance Dashboard, EAM, Data Analysis, IoT, Predictive Maintenance)
EXPERIENCE
- Degree in Engineering (Dipl. Ing. M.Sc., BEng or B.Sc. Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or equivalent TPM or Reliability Certification
- Fluent in English, spoken and written. Other languages desirable
- In-depth Engineering Maintenance experience (>
5 years) in an Engineering / Maintenance function in the pharmaceutical industry (or industry with comparable regulated processes)
- Broad technical knowledge and experience (>
5 years) of Pharmaceutical industrial assets: Manufacturing and Packaging Operations as well as Utilities
- Solid knowledge of GMP Pharmaceutical norms, Asset Qualification or HSE
- Demonstrated Project/ teamwork and change management abilities leading technical projects and cross functional teams aligned around business/technology/project processes
- Expertise in reliability tools: RCA, FMEA, RCM, TPM audits
- Advanced user of msn Office pack tools, CMMS platforms (SAP PM …), data analysis & reporting tools (PowerBi, Excel VBA, Python…)
- Good facilitation and training dispensing skills, taste for knowledge sharing
- Well-developed communication skills, able to present comfortably to Senior Management and to Technical experts
- Demonstrated knowledge/understanding of key non-technical business processes, Human Relations, Finance
