Omega CRM Consulting is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to collaborate with a leading global pharmaceutical company.
Main Responsibilities
* Understand ServiceNow platform, community, and services.
* Comprehend the Citizen Development approach within ServiceNow.
* Configure and maintain the ServiceNow platform, focusing on WSD module and APIs.
* Develop, maintain, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, dashboards, and reports.
* Manage incidents and requests via the platform.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions, improve processes, and provide technical support.
* Analyze system performance issues and implement corrective actions, identifying root causes.
* Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to industry standards.
* Implement security policies using ACLs, roles, and groups.
* Document processes and technical solutions.
* Drive digital transformation and innovative solutions with clients.
* Develop application prototypes and Proof of Concepts on ServiceNow.
* Present technical solutions aligned with client business needs.
* Lead workshops on innovation, ideation, and solution development.
* Stay updated on ServiceNow product developments and external trends to expand platform use.
Experience
* At least 3 years in ServiceNow development or similar roles.
* Proficient in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript), web technologies, and APIs.
* Experience with ITSM and WSD modules.
* Knowledge of Citizen Development.
* Familiar with ServiceNow tools: Flow Designer, Studio IDE, Update Sets.
* Understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data models, and best practices.
* Experience with Service Portal and custom application development.
* Experience facilitating client workshops to advance initiatives.
* Knowledge of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
* Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and work efficiently in short timeframes.
* Knowledge of relational databases and ITIL processes.
* Analytical, customer-focused, quick learner, with strong communication skills and fluent English.
