The researcher plays a key role in supporting recruitment processes by identifying and engaging qualified candidates for mid-level roles across various industries for Michael Page Brand. Working closely with business consultants, the researcher contributes to the successful delivery of recruitment assignments by sourcing talent, maintaining candidate databases, and providing market insights. This role is essential in ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and supporting the team in building strong talent pipelines.
Key responsibilities:
* Identify and attract candidates for specific roles within the assigned market using a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, social media, and internal databases.
* Build, develop, and maintain a strong network of candidates through targeted outreach, advertising, and relationship management.
* Conduct competency-based interviews and assessments in English and other relevant languages to evaluate candidate suitability for roles.
* Demonstrate proficiency in using modern recruitment tools and platforms to enhance sourcing efficiency and candidate engagement. This includes Customer Connect, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and AI-powered sourcing tools.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate activity, interviews, and feedback within the ATS. This supports compliance, reporting, and smooth process management.
* Assist Consultants in preparing candidate shortlists, scheduling interviews, and coordinating feedback between clients and candidates.
* Conduct basic market research to identify talent pools, competitor structures, and salary benchmarks for specific roles and sectors.
* Work closely with Consultants and other team members to understand recruitment strategies and improve sourcing techniques. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop skills.
