Marketing Platform Automation Associate Manager
to lead regional marketing activation programs across LATAM and EMEA. This role sits within Marketing Operations and focuses on campaign production excellence, automation strategy, and stakeholder management.
You will lead cross-functional POD teams and ensure high-quality, scalable campaign delivery through marketing automation platforms integrated with CRM systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a cross-functional POD (data analysts, campaign builders, PMMs).
Drive a predictable and scalable campaign execution cadence.
Ensure alignment with regional marketing objectives.
Manage intake via Program Intake Forms (PIF) and Copy Docs.
Oversee build of:
Landing Pages
Confirmation Emails
Ensure all assets meet technical and brand specifications.
Build and optimize email nurtures in Marketo.
Manage segmentation logic and audience governance.
Ensure correct lead routing into Salesforce (Vector).
Maintain naming conventions (Tactic IDs) for clean reporting.
Ensure cultural and regulatory alignment.
Primary POC for Regional PMMs.
Guide stakeholders through system transitions (e.G., legacy link migration).
Unblock technical bottlenecks.
Maintain CRM hygiene.
Ensure reporting readiness for regional dashboards.
