A Quantum Computing & AI software company based in Zaragoza are seeking to bolster their team with a talented technical project manager.
Responsibilities:
* Manage teams of engineers and ML practitioners to deliver impactful LLM and AI solutions for top-tier clients.
* Oversee scoping, planning, execution, and deployment, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of ML initiatives.
* Translate complex requirements into actionable technical plans and roadmaps for LLM and ML systems.
* Track KPIs, manage resources, resolve blockers, and make data-driven adjustments to ensure project success.
* Promote best engineering practices, facilitate solution design discussions, and align with cross-team initiatives.
Requirements:
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Physics, Engineering, or a related field.
* 4+ years delivering ML or data-driven software projects, and at least 2 years managing end-to-end engineering initiatives (LLM/NLP experience preferred).
* Hands-on familiarity with modern ML and software tools (e.g., Python, Git, Docker) and ability to discuss technical trade-offs.
* Experience with agile or scrum methodologies and proven ability to manage stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams.
* Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; proficiency in English (Spanish a plus)
