Its products and services are designed to benefit people and improve their quality of life. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /ppbProduct Change Management /b /pp• Lead the implementation of product changes: launches, label updates, discontinuations, etc. /pp• Ensure changes meet regulatory, quality, and supply requirements. /pp• Define the implementation strategy, workflow, and timelines. /pp• Monitor deviations, prioritize tasks, and escalate when necessary. /ppbr/ppbCross-functional Coordination /b /pp• Manage key stakeholders: Regulatory, QA, Packaging Technology, Master Data, Country Customer Teams. /pp• Coordinate information flow and ensure alignment among all involved parties. /pp• Facilitate communication between integral, regional, and local teams. /ppbr/ppbData Systems Management /b /pp• Initiate and validate the creation/maintenance of master data. /pp• Ensure consistency of planning parameters for replenishment process. /pp• Execute workpackage accurately in BASICS- /ppbr/ppbEnsuring Regulatory Quality Compliance /b /pp• Validate that all QA and regulatory requirements are met. /pp• Ensure timely implementation without risking supply disruption. /ppbr/ppbMinimizing Supply Risk /b /pp• Identify potential supply impacts due to product changes. /pp• Plan bridging stock or alternative scenarios. /pp• Align with Supply Managers and Production Sites to safeguard supply continuity. /ppbr/ppbRole impact /b /pp• Product Availability: Ensures that changes do not lead to stockouts or delays. /pp• Regulatory Compliance: Prevents legal risks and penalties due to non-compliance. /pp• Execution Efficiency: Reduces rework and accelerates launches and product changes. /pp• Risk Management: Anticipates and mitigates potential impacts on the supply chain, customers and patients. /pp• Cross-Functional Experience: Keeps global, regional, and local teams aligned and coordinated. /ppbr/ppbCapabilities required /b /pp• Solid understanding of product lifecycle processes, including launches, labelling and deletions. /pp• Familiarity with local regulatory requirements and QA processes. /pp• Experience in planning scenario management, bridging stock strategies and financial impact analysis. /pp• Ability to prioritize effective, make quick decisions, and resolve cross-functional conflicts. /pp• Strong influencing, negotiation, and collaboration skills across global, regional, and local teams. /pp• Capable of translating technical and regulatory information for diverse stakeholder audiences. /p
