Under the supervision of the Senior Director of Operations and External Affairs in Valencia, with a dotted-line relationship to the Senior Director of Enrollment Marketing in Boston, the Enrollment Marketing Project Coordinator is a temporary (4 months approximately), full-time position supporting enrollment marketing for the Valencia campus.
This role focuses on the project management and timely execution of enrollment marketing campaigns that help generate, nurture, accept, and yield applicants for Valencia campus programs. The coordinator will partner closely with Enrollment Marketing staff in Boston, Valencia communications colleagues, Admissions, program teams, and external vendors to support paid search, paid social, and email campaigns.
The adecuado candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders across teams and time zones. The role may support basic campaign tracking and status updates, but its primary emphasis is campaign coordination and execution.
Primary Responsibilities
- Coordinate enrollment marketing campaigns for Valencia graduate, undergraduate, and summer programs.
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and follow-up to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Partner with Boston Enrollment Marketing staff on the execution of paid search, paid social, and email campaigns.
- Coordinate campaign copy, creative assets, audience needs, deadlines, and approval workflows.
- Work with Admissions, Valencia communications colleagues, program teams, vendors, and Boston-based partners to support smooth campaign execution.
