Sales Development Representative – SMB, DACH

Responsibilities
* Generate new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting, turning leads into closed business.
* Learn from senior sales teams and help build Deel’s Sales Playbook and tech stack.
* Educate and develop leads via phone, email, events, webinars, and campaigns.
* Support marketing activities, manage prospect touch‑points, and handoff to an Account Executive.
* Generate email sequences, make cold calls, and map and penetrate accounts.
* Conduct follow‑up calls and emails until meetings are set.
Requirements
* Full proficiency in German & English.
* 1‑2 years of experience in sales development or outbound commercial role.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
* Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and eager to learn.
* Ability to work autonomously in a remote, fast‑paced team.
* Proven track record of achieving and exceeding quota targets.
* Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus.
* Entrepreneurial spirit and growth mindset.
* Strong email copy and conversion‑focused campaign skills.
