What are we looking for?
\n
\n
- An/a Chief ILS Engineer (RAMS, Safety, ILS/LSA) - Relocation to spain, with at least 7 years of experience.
\n
\nRequirements:\n
\n
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical/Electronic Engineering, or similar.
\n
- Highly valued: Master’s degree insystems engineering or specialized training in Reliability/Safety is considered an asset.
\n
- ≥10 years working in ILS, Product Integrity, RAM/L, Safety, or Maintenance within defense or aerospace systems.
\n
- ≥3 years leading teams as ILS Lead, RAMS Manager, Safety Lead, Product Integrity Manager, or similar.
\n
- Direct experience with ASD/AIA S‑Series standards, RAMS, and Safety frameworks.
\n
\nWhat will your responsibilities be?\n
\n
- Ensure consistency between technical design, maintainability, and customer/regulatory requirements.
\n
- Define criteria for system integrity, reliability, maintainability, and supportability.
\n
- Validate that project technical decisions do not compromise safety, availability, or operational costs.
\n
- Compliance with International Standards like S3000L – Logistic Support Analysis (LSA), S1000D – Technical Publication, S2000M – Spares Management, S4000P – Preventive Maintenance, DEF STAN 00‑600, MIL‑STD‑1388, MIL‑STD‑1629.
\n
- Supervise Reliability (R), Availability (A), Maintainability (M), and Testability (T) analyses.
\n
- Validate FMEA/FMECA, Fault Trees, RBD, Weibull analyses, LORA studies, and LCC assessments.
\n
- Establish RAM objectives and ensure they are met.
\n
- Safety Management, Certification, and Regulatory Compliance.
\n
- Technical Interface with Stakeholders.
\n
- Continuous Innovation and Lifecycle Improvement.
