Experteer Overview In this role you will oversee IT support services for internal stakeholders, ensuring SLAs and a stable production environment. You will drive change, security, compliance, and customer satisfaction while leading service management communications and escalating when needed. You’ll manage small work orders and support larger platform projects, with regular reporting and governance input. You will identify improvements to processes and tools, and coordinate disaster recovery readiness with global teams.
