They are now looking to bring on a Senior Engineering Manager to help drive technical excellence and team development. /ppbr/ppstrongRole Responsibilities: /strong /pp• Lead and coordinate the design of utility-scale photovoltaic systems /pp • Supervise and guide both internal engineering teams and external engineering consultants /pp • Analyse customer technical requirements and ensure compliance with project specifications /pp • Prepare or review technical documentation to support procurement and detailed design activities /pp • Ensure effective collaboration across local teams to meet deadlines, technical targets, and budget expectations /pp • Provide technical support throughout budgeting, construction, and operational phases /pp • Support the selection of optimal photovoltaic technologies (modules, inverters, structures, storage systems, etc.) /pp • Work to maximise plant performance, improve efficiency, and reduce lifecycle costs /pp • Monitor project progress from concept through implementation /pp • Collaborate closely with procurement, commercial, and legal departments /ppbr/ppstrongCandidate Profile: /strong /pp• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification /pp • Registered on the Engineers Register (Sezione A) with full signing authority /pp • Several years’ professional experience as a senior engineer in construction, technical consultancy, or related sectors /pp • Strong knowledge of LV/MV electrical design for utility-scale PV systems and relevant electrical standards (e.g., CEI 0-16) /pp • Experience managing grid connection processes and engaging with TSO/DNO stakeholders /pp • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously /ppbr/pp strongDesirable: /strong /pp • Proficient in electrical design software (AutoCAD, Amper, PVSyst, PVCase, Proled, etc.) /pp • Good working knowledge of MS Office /pp • Fluent in Italian and English /pp • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and time-management skills /p
