Position description
We will have several opportunities/openings in our Execution Logistics department and we are on the lookout for great talent for the short term future. We would love for you to register below and we will contact you when vacancies that may interest you become available.
Major / Key accountabilities
* Daily Management of order processing
* On-Time Performance to Customers and transport quality tracking and monitoring
* Supports Central in execution-related incidents
* Logistics Support for CHEP & External Managed Service Customers
* Dedicated fleets management. Route Management
* Contact with local customers and third-party provider (Service Centres, D locations, PT Call Centre) to deliver CHEP orders
* Local-level customer collaboration execution
Experience required
* Experience in an office environment with frequent customer and provider contacts over both emails and calls
* Experience in an environment with urgent requests and comfortable to manage those urgencies
* Logistics execution expertise would be ideal
* A background or interest of Supply Chain would be an advantage
Skills and knowledge
* Computer basics (Office, Email, Excel useful)
* Good numeracy skills.
* Excellent communication skills (email, phone)
* Able to relate to customers, transporters, team members and other CHEP departments appropriately and to switch easily between them.
* SAP and Transport Management system´s experience desirable
* Service Now´s experience desirable
Languages
* English AND/OR Spanish to a proficient level is a must.
* Any other EU language – for example: German, Italian, French, Portuguese, Dutch, Romanian, Polish, Czech, Russian, Turkish, Hungarian and Slovak
