Total Experience Consultant with a Focus on Accessibility and Sustainability (m / f / d) – Siemens Madrid, Community of Madrid, Spain
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years of experience in a Big Four.
* Solid knowledge of accessibility, sustainability, visual design guidelines, and standards.
* Ability to have technical conversations with developers and understand product architecture.
* Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, LLMs, and generative AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face).
* Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
* UX thinking and technical context.
* Strong sense of curiosity and proactive attitude — you enjoy exploring new technologies, asking the right questions, and taking initiative to improve both design and product outcomes.
* German knowledge is highly recommended.
Responsibilities
* Participate in technical sessions with developers and data scientists to understand the possibilities of the technology and translate them into effective design solutions.
* Manage your own P&L.
* Work closely with development teams to ensure design consistency and smooth implementation.
* Explore and apply AI, machine learning, and automation concepts from a design perspective.
* Create developer-ready deliverables using tools like Figma or others.
* Ensure visual consistency and accessibility across products by providing guidelines.
