Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, you will lead the Materials Management department, overseeing purchasing, storeroom, and receiving functions. Your mission will be to ensure cost-effective sourcing while upholding our standards of quality, luxury, and sustainability. Your Key Responsibilities brLead the sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of all hotel goods and services. brCollaborate with department heads to ensure specifications meet operational needs. brOptimize purchasing strategies through market analysis and trend monitoring. brMaintain strong vendor relationships and oversee contract tender processes. brEnsure compliance with HACCP and corporate sustainability standards. brManage stock levels, inventory, and monthly audits for efficiency and accuracy. brOversee all procurement documentation and reporting for Accounting and Finance. brMentor and develop a high-performing procurement team. brParticipate in regular tastings and supplier evaluations with FB and culinary leaders. brWhat Were Looking For brRequired: brBachelors degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance. brMinimum 5 years of experience in a Purchasing Manager role within luxury hospitality. brAt least 3 years in a team leadership position. brStrong background in contract negotiation and project management. brExcellent knowledge of HACCP and quality assurance standards. brFluent in English (spoken and written); Spanish is highly desirable. brHighly organized, analytical, and deadline-driven. brPreferred: brAdditional language skills are a plus. brPrior experience in pre-opening or renovation projects is valued. brOur Commitment To You Learning Development: Tailored programmes to support your career progression.
