Overview
Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager
Location: Barcelona. An international casual dining restaurant group is seeking a Restaurant Operations Manager to support floor leadership and service excellence, delivering exceptional guest experience, service flow, and pace. Acts as a key leader during service, driving standards, energy, and team coordination. Collaborates closely with the GM and AGMs to improve operational efficiency and team development.
Potential titles: Restaurant Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Senior Floor Manager. Preferred experience in fast casual, chain, or burger restaurants.
Responsibilities
- Lead pre-shift briefings, manage live issues on the floor, and ensure high service standards throughout the shift.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous staff coaching.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, health & safety, and brand protocols.
- Collaborate with the GM and AGMs to improve operational efficiency and team development.
- Drive floor leadership and service excellence to deliver exceptional guest experience, service flow, and pace.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to energize and direct large teams.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English.
