As a Safety Manager in the industry sector, your role will be pivotal in ensuring that all safety protocols are adhered to, fostering a secure environment for our operations and personnel. Your expertise will support clients in one of these locations: Madrid, Sevilla, or Cádiz, effectively contributing to the enhancement of safety standards within the industry.
What would you be doing in your day-to-day?
* Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and inspections.
* Provide training and guidance to teams on safety practices and emergency response protocols.
* Investigate accidents and incidents to determine causes and preventive measures.
* Collaborate with management to develop safety goals and objectives.
* Maintain detailed records and reports on safety-related activities.
* Conduct safety studies: FERA / EERA / Fallen objects / Hazardous area classification / Waste management / Access and evacuation assessments.
* Develop plans: Fire control and safety / ATEX plans.
* Review SDS and C&E HVAC, process drains, 3D model interfaces.
* Apply applicable legislation to determine technical requirements or deviations from customer contract requirements.
* Prepare Safety Case / ALARP.
* Update fire water system PIDs / PIPENET calculations.
* Design updates (F&G / Evacuation routes and LSAs, hazardous areas, fire detection, safety panels).
* Development of specifications and technical sheets.
* Conduct technical evaluations of bids and review vendor documentation.
* Update FSAs (FERA, EERA, etc.).

* Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Engineering, or a related field.
* 5 to 10 years of experience in safety management.
* Proven track record of implementing and maintaining safety programs.
* Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
* Excellent communication and training skills.
* Good level of English.
