Join Lucanet as the Global Social Media & Community Manager (all genders) to lead and execute a top-tier organic social media strategy while fostering vibrant online communities. Utilize your skills to build relationships with stakeholders and enhance brand reputation. Engage with diverse audiences to create a dynamic and inclusive community experience. Drive our employee advocacy program to strengthen brand voice. Collaborate cross-functionally to align social media and community strategies with company goals.

What you'll do
* Develop Organic Social Media Strategy: Formulate a comprehensive organic social media plan that aligns with brand objectives and enhances brand reputation.
* Lead Organic Social Campaigns: Create, execute, and evaluate organic multimedia campaigns across various platforms. Focus on consistent engagement, without reliance on paid promotions.
* Drive Employee Advocacy Program: Implement and manage an employee advocacy program to extend brand reach and voice through internal stakeholders.
* Enhance Engagement through Podcasts: Leverage unique content like podcasts to enrich community interaction and build informative dialogue points.
* Stakeholder Integration: Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
* Report on Performance: Present social media performance results to the relevant leadership, highlighting strategic impact and areas for growth.
What you bring to the table
* 6+ years of experience in organic social media and community management, particularly within technology, SaaS, or finance industries is a big plus.
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful organic social media strategies, including enhancing brand engagement and managing community development.
* Experience in fostering employee advocacy programs and guiding internal stakeholders to amplify brand presence.
* Exceptional ability to engage and grow online communities through innovative content creation and community management.
* Strong skills in storytelling, with the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling narratives for diverse digital audiences.
* Fluency in English with excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with varying stakeholders.
