We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director of Business Development with a strong background in Managed Services within Telecom, IT, Cloud, and Cybersecurity. This role focuses on new business development and scaling high-value solutions to enterprise clients globally.

Our client, a leading technology company in Spain, is looking for an ambitious Director of Business Development to lead sales growth and manage a high-performing team in the Managed Services sector. Your Role:

As the Director of Business Development, you will own the sales strategy, lead a team of Business Developers and Sales Executives, and focus on driving revenue, building client relationships, and establishing market dominance.

What You Will Be Doing:
* Lead and motivate your sales team to exceed targets, fostering a culture of high performance.
* Proven experience selling Managed Services, ideally from companies like Accenture, Capgemini, IBM, Nokia, etc.
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow the customer base and market presence.
* Identify and pursue new business in IT, telecommunications, Satellites, and cybersecurity.
* Build and execute go-to-market strategies for managed service offerings.
* Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Use analytics to refine sales strategies and optimize team performance.
* Drive CRM adoption and collaboration with marketing and support teams.
* Represent the company at industry events and stay ahead of market trends.
Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in IT, telecommunications, or cybersecurity markets.
* Strong background in B2B and B2C sales, key account management, and business development.
* Expertise in consultative selling and negotiation.
* Data-driven with experience in CRM systems and analytics.
* Proactive, results-oriented, and highly motivated.
* Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to travel and be based in Spain;
EU resident or citizen;
open to relocation within Spain.
