Program Summary
The KBR UABOS Program provides comprehensive BASE OPERATING SUPPORT – INSTALLATION (BOS-I) services at Moron Air Base in Spain. These services support the 39th Air Base Wing, mission partners, and tenant units, including transient, TDY, permanent, and rotational personnel, ensuring operational readiness and effectiveness.
Job Summary
The UABOS (Turkey) WRM AGE/GSE Scheduler is responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and reporting on maintenance of AGE/GSE War Reserve Materiel assets. You will oversee maintenance schedules, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain equipment visibility through data systems to support aircraft readiness and mission execution.
Roles And Responsibilities
* Coordinate and schedule maintenance for WRM-assigned AGE/GSE assets per Air Force TOs and AFIs.
* Track and update asset status using IMDS, DPAS, and TRT.
* Generate and submit Equipment Status Reports as required.
* Maintain accurate documentation and service history for equipment.
* Ensure compliance for Nuclear Certified Equipment per AFI 63-125.
* Manage parts forecasting, ordering, and DIFM tracking using DPAS and supply systems.
* Maintain documentation standards and file plans.
* Provide trend analysis and root cause assessments for maintenance issues.
* Serve as customer service liaison between support and personnel.
* Drive government or company vehicles as needed.
* Perform duties following USAF safety standards, TOs, and nuclear policies.
* Perform all other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications
* U.S. Citizen with a valid Driver’s License (minimum “C” Class).
* Fluent in English.
* Valid passport (book, not card) with at least 12 months remaining and 4 blank visa pages.
* Active DoD secret clearance or ability to obtain and maintain it.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in AGE/GSE logistics or support roles.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
* Knowledge of budget, parts tracking, and supply chain coordination.
Preferred Qualifications
* Familiarity with USAF AGE WRM maintenance and Nuclear Surety Program.
* Experience in deployed or OCONUS military logistics environments.
* Understanding of USAF aircraft support standards.
