We are currently selecting a Dutch-speaking Inside Sales Agent for a fast-growing company located in Sotogrande. We are looking for a sales-driven professional with strong experience in telesales, proactive mindset, results orientation, and a desire to grow within an expanding team.
Main Responsibilities
- Make at least 10 new outbound calls per day to potential clients.
- Achieve sales targets through telephone-based commercial activity.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the inside sales team.
- Support and guide new team members as required.
- Organize and manage sales opportunities aligned with monthly goals.
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch and English (both languages required).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in telesales.
- Availability to work from the office in Sotogrande at least 3 days per week.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proactive attitude with a strong focus on closing deals and achieving results.
