Short Description:
Responsible for organizing and controlling transportation solutions for multiple customers in a short time frame and developing and mentoring a team in daily operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and re-build an operational team of dispatchers by supervising and coaching them
- Implement orientations and operational action plans in accordance with the policy, operational procedure and tools of the Group
- Participate in developing objectives and contribute actively in their development
- Organize, monitor and optimize the transport solutions offered to the customers (road and air transports).
- Manage, animate and support the operational team to guarantee the quality of the services in accordance with the regulation, with the offer and the objectives and results of profitability
- Develop the operations under its responsibility and collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure achievement of turnover and margin targets
- Expand the current suppliers‘ database and evaluate the existing transport partners
- Report and analyze the operational KPIs of the agency.
