We are looking for a Paralegal / Legal Department Assistant to provide legal documentation, corporate secretarial, and administrative support to the Legal Department. The role combines support in corporate and regulatory legal matters, archive related tasks, departmental administrative support, and direct assistance to the General Counsel and the legal team, ensuring the effective day-to-day operation of the department. Legal & Corporate Documentation Support Day-to-day support to the Legal team. Administrative support in the preparation, organization and filing of corporate and legal documentation of the group companies (both digital and physical), including management of the department archive and the group's charts. Coordination of signature processes for legal documentation (contracts, corporate resolutions, certificates, and regional filings). Support in compliance-related documentation and internal information requests. Maintain Group company's legal structure and governance (update chart, report) and statutory registers (members, directors). Management of departmental budgeting process including tracking and expense control. Ariba or equivalent), as well as control and follow-up of departmental invoices and payments. Management and coordination of departmental travel arrangements and expenses, including expense and travel tools (e.g. Direct administrative and organizational support to the General Counsel, as needed. Minimum of 5 years of previous experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or similar administrative legal role in a corporate or professional services environment. Experience in corporate secretarial tasks, registries, and administrative legal procedures is highly valued. Spanish and English C1 level (or equivalent) Strong organizational and legal documentation management skills. Familiarity with legal document management systems, compliance tools, and administrative platforms.
