Working within a dynamic, international environment, you will manage projects end-to-end, develop client relationships, and mentor junior team members. Your expertise will help address clients' business challenges across industries such as FMCG, healthcare, automotive, technology, and financial services, ensuring actionable insights and impactful results. /ppResponsibilities: /pulliDesign research questionnaires that meet project objectives in consultation with clients and senior researchers. /liliManage research studies independently from initiation to delivery, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely completion. /liliAnalyze and transform data into clear, story-driven reports and presentations that address clients’ research, commercial, and communication goals. /liliWork closely with internal operations teams to oversee survey deployment, data collection, and analysis processes and manage timelines. /liliCollaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions and consultancy /liliMentor and coach junior team members, ensuring seamless project delivery and fostering professional growth. /liliCollaborate with Client and Commercial Directors to co-lead research-focused client engagements and manage emerging issues. /li /ulpYour Profile: /pulli4-8 years of experience in quantitative market research, preferably on agency side. /liliA results-driven, can-do attitude with a passion for research excellence. /liliStrong organizational and project management skills, handling multiple tasks effectively. /liliA passion for brands and product innovation, digital media and making an impact on people. /liliExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is advantageous. /liliExperience or education in fields such as Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, Social Sciences, or similar areas.
