Responsibilities:
* Manage all facility maintenance on station including upkeep, cleaning, and groundskeeping.
* Oversee duties of Grounds and Custodial staff.
* Manage inventory of Government Furnished Equipment, HAZMAT, and PPE.
* Manage site safety programs including EMF and Confined Space programs.
* Manage environmental and health programs, prepare reports for Air Quality Emissions.
* Maintain master key inventory.
* Coordinate and prioritize facility maintenance with mission partners.
* Conduct safety and ancillary training for staff.
* Maintain site baseline drawings.
* Conduct safety meetings with staff and personnel.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Active DoD Secret security clearance.
* High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years in facility maintenance, preferably military Civil Engineering.
* Certification to work with electrical circuits < 480 volts.
* Ability to lift up to 35 lbs., climb ladders, work on elevated platforms.
* Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
* Knowledge of National Electrical Codes and OSHA requirements.
* Knowledge of HVAC systems, CRAC units, chillers, pumps, fans, and air handlers.
* Familiarity with forklift operation.
* Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
* Experience with Government contracting.
Desired Qualifications:
* Certified Red Cross Instructor for CPR/AED/First Aid.
* Experience supervising personnel schedules and activities.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to perform strenuous physical work.
* Familiarity with Air Force Safety, Health, and Environmental processes.
* Experience with Air Force Civil Engineering work order processes.
