Experteer Overview In this role, you drive the rollout and adoption of digital solutions across the organization, focusing on WalkMe-guided user adoption and Agile Ways of Working using Azure DevOps. You will support change management, align communications, and continuously improve adoption practices within digital transformation initiatives. You collaborate with Product Owners, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to prioritize high-impact use cases and enable effective agile delivery. - Design, build and maintain WalkMe solutions throughout the lifecycle (scoping, content creation, testing, rollout)
- Monitor adoption metrics and derive insights via dashboards and reporting
- Facilitate Agile WoW enablement sessions (onboarding, drumbeat, Kanban calls)
- Support Product Owners and teams in backlog management, prioritization and agile best practices using Azure DevOps
- Contribute to Product Owner onboarding and collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital adoption in international contextsResponsabilidades
- Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Informatics, Telecommunications or related area
- Several years of experience driving digital adoption initiatives in international, cross-functional environments
- Hands-on experience with WalkMe or similar digital adoption tools
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or comparable tools (e.G., Jira)
- Understanding of SAP S/4HANA processes
- Ability to translate business needs into practical digital and agile solutions
