First things first: you want to know what you’re actually applying for. We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager that is ready to take on challenges and join our team! If you're a proactive, hands-on individual with 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role in the hospitality industry (CS, sales, senior product management, sales engineering, etc. ) we'd love to hear from you. It is important that you have experience in the hospitality industry, you will be leading our Customer Success team.
Your Mission, Should You Choose To Accept It
* Manage the entire customer success cycle, from onboarding to renewals and upsells.
* Bring your project management skills to run a smooth and successful onboarding project.
* Provide training and assistance to guarantee a seamless start for our platform among newly acquired customers.
* Build strong customer relationships, becoming their trusted advisor.
* Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience through upselling and cross-selling initiatives, expanding product usage, etc.
* Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, managing escalations, and ensuring their ongoing success in a timely and professional manner.
* Provide prompt and direct assistance to customers, being readily available to address their needs and offer hands-on support when required.
* Take full ownership of customer issues, taking proactive measures to see them through to resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction and building trust.
* Collaborate tightly with the product, marketing and sales team to enhance product engagement.
* Continuously improve the Customer Success Team processes, materials, resources, etc. to offer a better experience for the customers.
* Manage, lead the Customer Success Team.
Requirements - ️ You’ll be a great fit if you bring many of the below with you:
* 3-5 years of proven experience managing customers in a SaaS or tech organisation in the hospitality industry (customer success, onboarding specialist, sales engineer, product management, etc).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities, and project management.
* Experience in negotiation and managing difficult conversations with customers.
* Ability to drive effective and influencing conversations with property owners, managers and C-level executives.
* Possessing exceptional skills in team management, prioritization, time management, and anticipating needs.
* Passion for customer success, hospitality and the technology to revolutionise this industry.
* Problem-solving mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
* Fluent in English, German is a strong plus and any other languages would be considered a bonus!
