About the Role
We’re bringing Volup to Sevilla—and we’re looking for a Business Development Representative to lead the charge. If you’re someone who’s plugged into the Sevilla restaurant world, can walk into any dining room and build rapport, and thrives in a target-driven, dynamic environment, this role is for you.
You’ll play a key role in establishing Volup’s footprint in Sevilla, signing the city’s most exciting restaurants, gourmet stores, and chefs, and shaping our early reputation in the market.
What You’ll Do
* Identify and approach top restaurants in Sevilla with high delivery potential.
* Build a qualified acquisition funnel and hit monthly onboarding targets.
* Negotiate deal structures that align with our quality and profitability standards.
* Collaborate closely with the account manager, marketing, and operations teams to ensure restaurant success.
* Represent Volup across Sevilla’s gastronomic events and communities.
What You Bring
* Based in Sevilla, with 2–4 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or F&B business development.
* Food-lover with a strong understanding of restaurant dynamics and premium dining.
* Highly independent and structured—you own your pipeline and drive your outcomes.
* Goal-oriented and metrics-driven—you’re energized by hitting and beating targets.
* Strong interpersonal skills—you know how to connect and close.
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
* Prior experience in hospitality tech, marketplaces, or premium F&B.
* Solid network in Sevilla’s restaurant scene.
* Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Pipedrive.
