Candidate Profile
* Extensive experience in SAP delivery management, especially in Change and Release Management
* Proficiency in SAP Transport management and understanding of SAP and IT change/release processes
* Over 7 years of experience in SAP HCM / SuccessFactors (design, deployment, architecture)
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Experience working in international and multicultural environments
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken
* Proven customer service skills and ability to interact at all organizational levels
* Ability to work independently and in teams, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Willingness to travel as needed
Key Responsibilities
1. Transport Management:
o Plan and oversee SAP Release Management processes
o Manage transport requests, monitor routes, and optimize processes
o Coordinate stakeholder communication and manage release activities
2. User Management - Authorizations:
o Manage SAP user accounts and conduct access audits
o Support user issues and training
3. Global Framework:
o Develop SAP process naming conventions and methodologies
o Ensure SAP activities align with global standards and best practices
o Collaborate on implementing standardized procedures
