At ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions, we are looking for a Financial Consolidation Lead for a multinational company in the pharmaceutical sector located in the province of Barcelona.
We are looking for a senior profile with strong analytical skills, the ability to work in a team, a clear focus on meeting deadlines, and a problem-solving mindset to work closely with the Administrative and Financial Management in reporting and financial statement consolidation functions.
Main responsibilities:
Finance & Administration Area
* Quarterly preparation of financial reporting packages and consolidation figures for Group reports (IFRS).
* Supervision of closing activities, monthly consolidation (IFRS), and management reports.
* Local support to subsidiaries in improving financial processes and monthly closings, interacting with all departments.
* Ensuring the timely delivery of financial audits and collaborating with external auditors.
* Annual preparation of local financial statements (PGCE and IFRS).
* Responsible for master data of suppliers and travel expenses for the group.
Internal Audit Area
* Responsible for internal audit reviews at the group and subsidiary levels, including preparation and coordination of visits and meetings with internal auditors of the group.
Projects Area
* SAP migration project:
direct involvement in definition, testing, and implementation, providing local support and post-migration review.
* Sustainability:
cross-functional coordination and collaboration to ensure compliance with CSRD reports and stakeholder management with all departments to build the sustainability management system structure.
Requirements:
* Higher education in Economics, Business Administration, or similar.
* Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles, either in Consulting (Big Four) or as an end client.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with proven knowledge of SAP (Financial Modules).
* Very good level of English (minimum C1 – Advanced).
