We are looking for junior/graduate accountants and finance professionals to join our new new Finance Shared Services Center in Zaragoza city center. We have opportunities in the following areas:
Position 1: Accounts Payables
Main activities:
* Create of new suppliers account and support database management
* Manage the procurement process and control
* Control and validation of received invoices
* Reconcile invoices and payments
* Support EDI, Self bill or Retro billing process with suppliers
* Manage and update SAP customer data
Position 2: Accounts Receivables
Main activities:
* Management of the AR and support to sales team
* Internal/external relations ship (customer, sales organization, controllers, operation)
* AR Reconciliation
* Customer overdoes and claims follow-up
* Dispute management
* Management of Accounts Receivables forecast
* Management of daily issues
* Support month-end closing.
* Audit support on AR related activities
* AR related project and process improvement
Requirements:
* Finished Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or similar
* Experience in accounting & finance administration 0-3 years
* Experience from a large multinational, ideally in manufacturing industry advantageous
* SAP knowledge advantage
* Fluent English
* Fluent Spanish or French or other EU language
* Experience within Shared Service environment advantageous
