Job Description
She/He will play an active role in supporting the Marketing and Communication team, helping to bring our campaigns and events to life and making sure our content truly reflects who we are at SQLI. Whether it's pitching in with admin tasks, sharing ideas for content, or helping coordinate events, he/she will be hands-on every day to strengthen our brand and keep our communication engaging for everyone, inside and outside the company.
What is this all about?
* Assist in creating and publishing content for multiple channels (Website, social media, newsletters, Teams, Linkedin, etc).
* Help organize internal and external events.
* Monitor marketing campaigns and prepare basic reports.
* Manage databases and update corporate materials.
* Provide administrative support to the department.

Qualifications
Who are you?
* Final-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or related field.
* You are in a position to formalize an internship agreement between their university and our company
* Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
* Theorical knowledge of events organization.
* Knowledge of day-to-day corporate life procedures.
Skills & Certifications
* Fluent in English (Professional Competence)
* Deep user competence on MS Office 365 (Teams, Sharepoint, PowerPoint, Excel, etc)
* User level on Adobe, Figma, Canva, and other design tools.
* Drupal is highly valued.
* Capable to adapt to a multicultural environment (16 different nationalities)
