Lead a team of marketers toward achieving goals while simultaneously supporting their professional development Define and lead the development of cohesive marketing plans, aligned to business objectives, brand strategy and in-market priorities. Own the customer and market insight strategy and communication plan, ensuring that all relevant segmentation, market data, real-world evidence and competitive intelligence is regularly communicated. Establish and govern KPI frameworks for all programs, to track performance and ensure activities are delivering expected business outcomes. Represent the cluster in senior forums, providing clear recommendations and decision support to leadership. Provide senior project leadership to ensure delivery of all Eastern Cluster projects in accordance with Compliance, Legal and Regulatory requirements. Lead regional input into product lifecycle planning, launch sequencing and phase‑out strategies in collaboration with EMEA and Global teams. Enable and upskill distributor partners, ensuring they have the tools, guidance and frameworks required to execute marketing activities effectively and compliantly at local level. Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Finance and EMEA Marketing teams to ensure aligned planning, prioritisation, and execution. Hold financial accountability for the cluster marketing budget, including planning, forecasting, allocation and tracking. What makes you successful: You bring over 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a medical device or healthcare role. You have experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, particularly in a regulated industry. Your deep understanding of CGM technology and the diabetes market enables you to create impactful marketing strategies. Your strong project management skills allow you to handle multiple projects while maintaining a high level of quality and compliance. You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally. You are a strategic thinker who can see beyond day-to-day operations to achieve long-term business goals. You have your finger on the pulse when it comes to industry, clinical and competitive trends, integrating learnings into your everyday work. You have a deep understanding of the CGM category and experience in developing marketing campaigns for consumers and HCPs. You are results-driven and have a track record in healthcare marketing within an international setting. You bring exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
