A Day in the Life
Atrial fibrillation affects over 33 million individuals worldwide and is the most common form of serious arrhythmia. As part of our fast-growing cardiac ablation business segment and following the recent acquisition of the Mapping and Ablation System, we are poised to provide innovative solutions to address unmet needs for many patients. We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Therapy Account Consultant to join our team and further drive the growth of our business.
Reporting to the operating unit, this role is critical in providing expert clinical and technical support and training to physicians and EP Lab Staff on the optimal use of the Mapping and Ablation System.
Territory to cover: Cantabria.
Responsibilities may include the following; other duties may be assigned:
1. Provide proficient clinical and technical assistance to physicians and EP Lab Staff on the use of the Mapping and Ablation System and related equipment (Generators, software functionalities, pump, and accessories).
2. Provide in-service training to introduce new technologies to hospital stakeholders and ensure technology acceptance.
3. Participate in the development of advanced clinical workflows.
4. Collaborate with the education team and support the development of training centers.
5. Share clinical best practices with colleagues to optimize customer experience.
6. Work with field service engineers on technical troubleshooting.
7. Develop strong professional customer relationships.
8. Provide feedback on system utilization for marketing and participate in new product development discussions.
9. Manage high-stress situations with a clear problem-solving approach.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in electrical or medical engineering or related scientific disciplines.
* At least 2 years of clinical electrophysiology experience.
* At least 2 years of independent support of electrophysiology mapping procedures.
* Experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry.
* Fluency in English.
* Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
* Willingness to travel and work in a team, with flexibility.
* Independent, responsible, and proactive in thinking and acting.
* Enthusiastic, decisive, and capable of achieving vendor credentialing in EP Labs.
