What You’ll DoAt Huspy, our Data team powers growth and innovation by transforming data into actionable insights. As a Senior Data Analyst, you’ll empower both strategic decision-making and product development by delivering robust dashboards, insightful analyses, and data-driven recommendations.Key Responsibilities :
Data AnalyticsDesign, build, and maintain dashboards in Tableau (preferred) or similar tools to deliver clear, actionable insights.Extract, clean, and analyze data using SQL and Python from platforms like Snowflake.Optimize and scale reporting systems for efficiency and accessibility.Monitor product KPIs such as user engagement, feature usage, and success metrics.Conduct experiments to guide product decisions and roadmaps.Analyze user behavior to assess feature performance and optimize rollouts.Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner with product, engineering, and business teams to align analytics with strategic goals.Translate business questions into analytical requirements and provide data-driven insights.Data Quality & DocumentationEnsure accuracy and integrity of data and analytics platforms.Maintain documentation for Data tools, dashboards, and data definitions.The Perfect Match :
What You BringExperience :
5–8 years in data analytics or product analytics.Tools & Technical Skills :
Advanced SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib)Experience with tools like Tableau, or LookerFamiliarity with product analytics tools such as Amplitude (preferred), Mixpanel, or Google AnalyticsKnowledge of Snowflake, dbt, and Airflow for data warehousing and data pipelinesAnalytical Strengths :
Strong background in hypothesis testing, and regression analysisProven ability to turn complex data into actionable insightsUnderstanding of ETL and data transformation workflowsSoft Skills :
Excellent communication skills to explain analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiencesCollaborative mindset and experience working across departmentsEducation :
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field;
Master’s degree is a plus.Languages :
