We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our marketing team and take ownership of all new player acquisition initiatives across digital channels.
Role Overview
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing performance-driven strategies to attract new players to our platforms. You’ll manage campaigns across paid media and partnerships — optimizing for maximum ROI, conversion, and player quality.
This role requires a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of digital media buying, and hands-on experience in user acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop, manage, and optimize digital acquisition campaigns across multiple channels, including PPC, display, social media, and programmatic.
2. Create and implement performance marketing strategies to achieve new player targets and revenue growth.
3. Collaborate with design team to ensure creative assets are engaging, localized, and compliant.
4. Analyze and report on campaign performance, using insights to continuously improve ROI and cost per acquisition (CPA).
5. Manage and grow relationships with media partners, and paid traffic sources.
6. Conduct A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and funnels to increase conversion rates.
7. Oversee tracking, attribution, and analytics, ensuring all campaigns are accurately measured and reported.
8. Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and channel innovations within the iGaming space.
9. Ensure all campaigns adhere to advertising guidelines and responsible gaming standards in each operating market.
Required Skills & Qualifications
10. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
11. 2+ years of experience in digital acquisition marketing.
12. Strong understanding of tracking technologies, and conversion optimization.
13. Data-driven and highly analytical, with advanced skills in Google Analytics and performance dashboards.
14. Experience managing and optimizing CPI, CPA, and ROAS metrics.
15. Excellent project management, communication, and negotiation skills.
16. Strong understanding of compliance and advertising regulations in key jurisdictions.
