Experteer OverviewAs an SAP Manager in our European High-Tech practice, you lead end-to-end SAP implementations and drive value for major High-Tech clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide tailored SAP solutions, and manage stakeholder expectations across Europe. This role focuses on transformational programs, governance, and solution delivery within the High-Tech portfolio. You will work with a European team of experts to shape thought leadership and delivery excellence.

* Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects in High Tech industries within budget and schedule
* Provide strategic guidance with in-depth High-Tech SAP knowledge
* Build and manage client relationships;
act as trusted advisor and communicator of complex concepts

* Lead commercial activities including client pitches, RFx, and sales campaigns

Responsabilidades
* SAP-accredited or certified experience
* Minimum 6 years as an SAP Manager with focus on High Tech industries
* In-depth knowledge of SAP modules relevant to High Tech (SCM, MM, PP, PM, SD, EPPM, PLM)
* Up-to-date knowledge of SAP systems, deployment, and integration
* Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills
* Strong business acumen and ability to understand clients' objectives
* Consulting experience and customer-centric mindset
* Analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Proficiency in English;
additional European languages are a plus
