As part of their continued international expansion, they are looking to appoint a Commercial Director to drive growth in the Italian market.
Role Overview
The Commercial Director will be responsible for leading and expanding the company's sales activities in Italy while managing a team of remote Sales Agents who sell the company's digital technologies online.
This is a fully remote leadership role suited for a talented sales leader with experience in selling technology or digital solutions and with a proven track record of leading distributed teams.
We are looking for a dynamic and ambitious leader who thrives in fast-growing international environments and is eager to contribute to building a high-performance sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and grow the company's sales activities in the Italian market
* Recruit, train, and manage a team of remote Sales Agents
* Define and execute the national sales strategy aligned with global company objectives
* Drive revenue growth and ensure sales targets are achieved
* Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize the sales process
* Coach and motivate the sales team to maximize productivity and results
* Collaborate with international leadership, marketing, and product teams
* Identify new market opportunities and potential strategic partnerships in Italy
* Foster a strong, performance-driven sales culture within a remote environment
Requirements
* Significant experience in B2B sales of technology, SaaS, or digital solutions
* Proven experience in sales leadership and team management
* Strong ability to lead, coach, and motivate remote teams
* Background in technology sales, digital solutions, consultancy, or Big Four environments
* Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability xohynlm to thrive in fast-growing and dynamic international organizations
* Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
* Analytical mindset with strong performance management capabilities
* Fluency in Italian and English
