Due to planned expansion our client are seeking to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager based in the Marbella, Costa del Sol area.We are looking for someone who:- Has a proven track record in exceeding targets/Quotas and KPI's- A solid structured sales background- Highly organized with excellent time management, and experience in managing a territory- Is motivated by targets and KPI's- A growth mindset. A can do mentality- Remains resilient and determined after knock backs- Experience in forecasting and sales pipeline management- Embraces coaching, training, and self-development, with a desire to consistently improve- Ability to increase customer loyalty and profitability- Has a hunter mentality with a strategic approach to maximize revenue- Experience in lead generation and prospecting strategies- Understands how to handle objections, gets through the gatekeeper and has effective questioning skills.- Builds lasting customer relationships- Collaborates effectively with internal stakeholders- A team player who contributes to team goals - 'We are one'- Ability to speak Spanish is advantageous, however not a requirement.If you can demonstrate you are a go getter and would like to join our hard working and fun team in Spain. We would be excited to hear from you.A typical week as a Business Development Manager..- Prospecting new potential partners- Questioning to truly understand new and existing partners- Contact with the trading team, to ensure the smooth and efficient process of client transactions- Collaborate with the Client Onboarding Specialists (COS) team to ensure high quality conversions from partner referrals.- Inform Partners of any macro-economic influences- Forecasting and pipeline management of your territory- Reviews with existing partners and potential future client referrals- Supporting existing partners in positioning the solution to their clients- Stay up to date on the competition and articulate why the solution is exceptional valueAdvantages:- Monthly and quarterly uncapped commission bringing the OTE to around €56,500 (uncapped)- Car allowance- 25 days holiday plus your birthdayOption to purchase additional holiday**Salary**: 30,000.00€ - 33,000.00€ per yearAbility to commute/relocate:- Marbella, Málaga provincia: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- business development: 3 years (required)
