As part of our growth, we are looking to incorporate a Senior Planner for a large-scale industrial project.
Mission of the Role:
We are seeking a Planning Engineer to provide comprehensive support to a massive industrial project during the engineering, procurement, and construction phases. You will ensure proper coordination across all technical disciplines and strict compliance with milestones, deadlines, and the overall project schedule for a long-term international assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage the project schedule across engineering, procurement, and construction phases.
* Oversee and plan large-scale budgets and schedules for projects exceeding €100M.
* Coordinate cross-functional disciplines: civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and piping, among others.
* Review, validate, and monitor schedules submitted by contractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with deadlines and commitments.
* Continuously integrate and update partial schedules into the overall project plan.
* Support project execution in industrial environments (experience in both Brownfield and Greenfield projects is a plus).
* Organize and lead progress meetings, reporting, and schedule updates.
* Act as a technical point of contact with all project stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Engineering Degree (Industrial, Mechanical, Civil, or similar).
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial project planning.
* Proven track record in projects with a CAPEX/budget of at least €100M.
* Extensive experience in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) of industrial plants.
* Strong multidisciplinary coordination skills and ability to manage complex timelines.
* English level: C1 preferred (minimum B2 mandatory), as it is the official project language.
* Mobility: Full availability to relocate and work in Sweden for a 5-year duration .
* Experience in large-scale projects in Spain with top-tier companies (construction firms, engineering companies, installers, oil & gas) is a plus.
