This is a fully strongon-site position based at our facilities in Mijas /strong. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing and delivering communication across multiple channels, ensuring accurate, clear and engaging information for our Club members and internal stakeholders.br/p strongMain Responsibilities /strongpbr/pulliProvide communication support to all Club Operations departments. /liliReview correspondence, standard letters and administrative documents, ensuring accuracy in text, grammar and presentation. /liliCoordinate and manage the production of Space and Travel related offers. /liliCommunicate Club Operations and Idiliq news across all required channels, including web, e-bulletins and e-traveller. /liliMonitor and oversee the maintenance of the intranet and websites for all member-related content. /liliProduce high-quality written content and press releases related to products, services and activities. /liliLiaise with Creative Services and external consultants on all Member Communication matters. /liliCoordinate communication with other internal departments to ensure alignment and consistency. /liliEnsure Member Benefits are correctly presented and updated across communication channels and websites. /liliMaintain relationships with external suppliers of Member Benefits, ensuring offers are accurate and active. /liliCollaborate with internal departments such as ICT, Product Development, Resort Management and Club Secretary on communication-related projects and releases. /liliSupport the promotion of activities and offers for CLC Resorts, working closely with Resort Management and other partners. /liliContribute to the coordination of information relating to CUA Resorts. /liliStay updated on all product and operational changes relevant to the role, attending training as required. /li /ulpbr/p strongRequeriments /strongpbr/pulliPrevious experience in corporate communication, content writing or similar roles. /liliExcellent written communication skills in English and Spanish. /liliStrong organisational abilities and attention to detail. /liliAbility to coordinate projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders. /liliProficiency with digital platforms and communication tools (experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage). /li /ulpbr/p strongWhat We Offer /strongpbr/pulliFull on-site role at our offices in Mijas. /liliThe opportunity to join a well-established international company in the tourism sector. /liliA dynamic and collaborative working environment. /liliOngoing professional development and training. /liliCompetitive conditions in line with experience and profile. /li /ulpbr/p
