People & Culture and Talent Acquisition Lead
to support one of their industrial sites based in
Sant Vicenç de Castellet
(Catalonia region), which includes production areas, offices, and laboratories. The person will be part of their People & Culture team and will report to the People & Culture Manager. This role is focused on supporting company culture, employee development, and well-being. It also includes responsibilities in Talent Acquisition, helping to attract and hire new talent. Responsibilities
Promote a
positive organizational culture
aligned with the company’s values, helping to create an engaging and supportive workplace. Provide support in
employee training and development, fostering continuous learning and professional growth. Ensure
employee well-being
by implementing initiatives that enhance satisfaction, motivation, and work-life balance. Support the implementation and monitoring of
HR policies and procedures
at both local and regional levels. Ensure
compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations. Manage
labor relations, helping to prevent and resolve conflicts and maintain a harmonious work environment. Organize
activities and events
to promote communication and strengthen employee engagement with P&C initiatives. Lead the
Talent Acquisition process, attracting, selecting, and recruiting the right talent to meet business needs. Manage the
employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring the accurate execution of administrative and HR processes. Maintain
up-to-date employee data
in HR systems and generate reports to support strategic decision-making. Qualifications
We are looking for a person with 3 to 5 years of experience in similar HR roles, ideally in industrial or operational environments. A university degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is required. The candidate must have a very high level of English (C1), especially to conduct interviews and communicate with international teams. Experience in employee development, culture, well-being programs, and recruitment is important. Benefits
