Responsibilities
* Lead and manage maintenance and installation projects in energy efficiency environments, industrial or traffic/ITS installations.
* Plan, coordinate, and supervise the technical and economic execution of projects.
* Control costs, deadlines, and quality, ensuring the achievement of set objectives.
* Manage technical teams and coordinate suppliers and subcontracts.
* Maintain fluent client communication, guaranteeing high satisfaction levels.
Requirements
* University degree in Technical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in public lighting installation and/or maintenance, photovoltaic installations, traffic systems, or industrial installations.
* Experience in project management and economic control.
* Leadership and customer orientation capabilities.
* Availability to travel nationally.
* Driver's license B.
* PRL training with a minimum of 60 hours.
