Your ResponsibilityCompensation ManagementResponsible for coordinating salary payments and personal tax declarations across different countries;
Review and inspect salary data to ensure the accuracy of payment data;
Improve and optimize theexisting salary payment process, establishing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for overseas salary payments;
Understand and design a compensation and benefits system that complies with the labor laws of overseas regions;
Responsible for salary analysis, salary file management, social insurance base adjustment, equity declaration, and other related compensation tasks.2. Employee RelationsResponsible for attendance management;
Responsible for the maintenance and development of company employee relations, by formulating and implementing employee relations management strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, create a harmonious work environment, promote the spread of company culture, and support the company in achieving strategic goals;
Design and implement employee care programs, including but not limited to employee birthday care, holiday benefits, health care, etc.3. Incentive ProgramsDesign and promote the implementation of various short-term incentive programs, and conduct regular reviews and optimizations based on business form differences;
Participate in the design of the company’s long-term incentive system and the delivery of specific programs.4. Human Resource Efficiency AnalysisCollaborate to conduct human resource efficiency analysis and daily tracking, ensuring the implementation and effective operation of organizational efficiency policies.5. Performance ManagementDevelop and improve the company’s performance management system;
Follow up on the implementation of performance management in various departments, providing support and guidance;
Analyze personnel effectiveness data to provide a basis for talent selection, training, and development;
Optimize and implement the performance process, participate in HR project work, and assist in project management.6. Other HR Related WorkParticipate in the formulation and implementation of the company’s human resource policies;
Responsible for the selection, evaluation, and daily management of suppliers for compensation, social insurance, and commercial insurance;
Follow up on EOR, new market expansion, and alternative supplier management.Our RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above, with 2-3 years of professional experience in Human Resources, specialize in the compensation accounting experience;
Experience in human resources in large manufacturing industries, with a deep understanding and insight into the business;
Attention to detail, with excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills;
Familiar with national labor laws, able to plan and analyze compensation and benefits reasonably;
Experience in building overseas compensation payment systems, understanding labor laws in overseas regions;
Sensitive to numbers, strong in logic, with exceptional data analysis capabilities;
Fluent in English, capable of using it as a working language.
