Experteer Overview In this role, you will drive revenue growth within On-Trade channels by partnering with wholesalers and key customers to execute the commercial plan. You’ll work cross-functionally to align activation plans, forecast demand, and optimize pricing and promotions. - Deliver revenue targets (NSV/GP) per country financial plan
- Implement country IAP for On-Trade customers
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key customers to influence Bacardi’s brand positioning
- Define Top Wholesaler Account Plan with activation, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Identify opportunities and guide strategies to maximize performance at On-Trade customers
- Understand customer strategy and leverage Bacardi value proposition for mutual growth
- Optimize promotions via ROI-focused planning
- Provide accurate demand forecasting to Supply Chain

- Wholesaler sales experience preferred or experience as a Business Manager
- Strong negotiation skills
- First-hand field sales experience
