Quality Responsible – Pharmaceutical Distribution
Location:
Barcelona, Gavá.
We're partnering with an international pharmaceutical company to find an experienced
Responsible Person (RP)
for distribution activities, in line with
Good Distribution Practices (GDP)
.
This is a key position responsible for ensuring the quality, compliance, and integrity of pharmaceutical distribution operations, while leading continuous improvement across the quality system.
Main Responsibilities
* Oversee and maintain the
Quality Management System (QMS)
in compliance with GDP.
* Ensure the accuracy, traceability, and quality of all distribution-related records.
* Implement and maintain
training programs
for staff.
* Coordinate and execute
product recalls
when necessary.
* Manage and resolve
customer complaints and incidents
.
* Approve and qualify
suppliers, customers, and subcontracted activities
.
* Conduct
regular self-inspections
and follow up on corrective actions.
* Make decisions regarding
returned, rejected, or recalled products
.
* Approve the reintroduction of returned goods into saleable stock.
* Ensure compliance with
national and international regulatory requirements
.
* Lead the
recruitment, training, and supervision
of the distribution team.
* Prepare for and participate in
audits and inspections
.
* Maintain a
continuous training plan
in accordance with GDP requirements.
Profile Requirements
* Degree in Pharmacy
(mandatory).
* Minimum
5 years of experience
as RP or Deputy RP in a pharmaceutical warehouse or laboratory.
* Strong knowledge of
Quality Management Systems
and
GDP standards
.
* Familiarity with
import/export procedures
in the pharmaceutical sector.
